I firmly believed deaf people are
"behind" in language, education and knowledge that is why
not many well educated or empowerment among us due to years
of educational "opression" which I firmly believe we are
long neglected over the year because we are last to be
opressed by the opressors.

I agree with you...it's very simple to ask them...are they
being neglected, if they answer "yes" then consider it
