Schools: Never attended Deaf school because my mom was educated negatively about Deaf school. So I graduated at regular high school. Was mainstreamed during my childhood.
Interests and Hobbies: Interest in arts such as painting (all types) especially art galleries. Pets (got 2 boxers, 10 fish, and a dwarf hamster), ATV riding, camping, and of course, flyfishing! My deaf son as freshman in college in TX...I miss him dearly. Study bible with my friends.
Favorite Movies/Shows: Any oscar winning drama, romance, action-packed and thrillers, not gory ones please!
Favorite Music: '80's rock like U2, Journey, AC/DC, Van Halen, John Mellencamp, Kid Rock and some pop rock.
Favorite Books: Danielle Steele books. People magazines. No time to read since I'm on this deaf-tube or dvtv!!! ;-P

Hard-of-hearing and without my hearing aides I'm totally deaf. I love flyfishing that's why my username is flyfishfemme (femme means female in French). Born and raised in New Mexico and moved to beautiful Colorado in 2006, married to my wonderful deaf man, Rick! A busy lady. Have a full-time job in Federal Gov't as HR rep. Always doing something around home and outings with my sweetie. I don't vlog much because I'm either busy, kinda shy or nervous. More comfortable to video comment or write comment but in time I will get comfortable to do more vlogging. Smile.
